Terms of Service

Meridians (“the Service”) is a web application operated by Autism Central LLC (“the Company,” “we,” “us”) that generates personalized astrocartography readings. Users submit birth data and receive digital content including planetary line analysis, life area scores, and written interpretations for selected cities.

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address. Authentication is handled via magic link sent to your email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

To generate your reading, we collect birth data including your date of birth, time of birth, and city of birth. This data is necessary to produce your astrocartography reading and is stored securely. For full details on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.

Meridians is sold as a subscription. Two plans are available:

• Monthly — $9.99 per month, including 3 cities.
• Annual — $49 per year, including 5 cities.

The plan you have chosen, its price and its billing interval are shown to you on the checkout page before you pay, and you authorise the recurring charge there. Prices are stated in US dollars.

Tax is included. The price you see is the price you pay. Nothing is added at checkout, and there is no separate tax line. Where VAT, sales tax or GST is due on your purchase, it forms part of the amount shown and we account for it.

4.1 What recurs

Your subscription renews automatically. At the end of each billing period we charge the same payment method again for the next period — every month on the Monthly plan, every year on the Annual plan — and it keeps renewing until it is cancelled. Payments are taken by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not receive or store your card details.

The recurring payment buys continued access: the cities included in your plan, the readings held in your account, and the monthly transit readings generated for the cities you are tracking.

Your price is fixed while you stay subscribed. The price you signed up at is the price you keep paying, for as long as the subscription runs without interruption. If we change it, we will email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect, it will apply from your next renewal rather than mid-period, and you can cancel before then — in which case you are never charged the new amount. If you cancel and subscribe again later, the price current at that time applies.

4.2 How to cancel

You can cancel at any time, from your account settings, which opens the billing portal of our payment processor.

4.3 When cancellation takes effect

Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not shorten the period you have already paid for: your subscription stays active, and your plan keeps working, until the end of that period. After that date we do not charge you again.

4.4 What you keep

A city reading is generated once and then stays in your account. City readings you have already received remain in your account and remain readable after your subscription ends.

Monthly transit readings are part of the subscription itself. They stop being generated when the subscription ends.

4.5 Refunds

Refunds are dealt with in section 5.

4.6 Right of withdrawal — consumers in the EEA and the UK

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. A subscription to Meridians is a contract for a service supplied over time rather than a single delivery of digital content, and this section treats it as one.

You may withdraw within 14 days of the day the subscription contract is concluded, without giving a reason, by telling us at hello@meridians.now. A clear statement that you are withdrawing is enough.

If you asked us to begin supplying the service during that 14-day period — which is what happens as soon as a reading is generated for you — you remain liable for what was actually supplied up to the moment you tell us you are withdrawing, in proportion to the full price of the plan, and we refund the balance. This is the mechanism in Article 14(3) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

We treat a subscription as a service, and the applicable exemption as Article 16(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU — a service fully performed with your prior express consent, where you acknowledge losing the right of withdrawal once performance is complete. We do not rely on Article 16(m), the exemption for personalised digital content supplied on a single occasion: that article is written for one delivery, and a subscription delivers nothing at the moment of payment.

In practice this means your 14-day right stays live while the subscription is running, because a subscription that is still running has not been fully performed. If you withdraw inside those 14 days having asked us to start immediately, you pay only for the part of the service already provided, calculated in proportion to the full price of the plan, and we refund the rest.

Nothing in this section limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot be limited by contract. That includes the withdrawal right described in section 4.6 and your rights if the Service is faulty, not as described, or not supplied.

Beyond those rights, we do not refund the period you are currently in. You can cancel at any time, and your access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for — so cancelling part-way through a month or a year does not produce a partial refund, and does not cut your access short either. Nothing is charged after that.

This does not affect the withdrawal right in section 4.6, which is honoured wherever it applies, or your rights if the Service is faulty, not as described, or not supplied. If a reading you paid for fails to generate, tell us and we will put it right.

This section applies only to reading purchases made before 27 August 2026. It does not apply to a subscription. It is kept here because those orders exist and the people who placed them are still governed by the terms that applied at the time.

Those purchases were single payments for a named package of city readings, processed through Stripe at the price shown on the Service at the time of purchase.

Readings bought that way are personalised digital content generated on request. Before completing such a purchase, you were asked to give explicit consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you lost your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery began, as required by Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m). Your consent text and the timestamp of your agreement were recorded with your order, and a confirmation email was sent to you at purchase as a durable-medium record under Article 8(7).

If you did not give this consent, or if the confirmation email was not provided, you retain a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of that purchase. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@meridians.now.

Readings bought this way remain in your account, and whether you hold a subscription does not affect them.

All content generated by the Service, including readings, scores, and written interpretations, is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly display readings generated by the Service without our written permission. The Meridians name, logo, and all associated branding are the property of Autism Central LLC.

Astrocartography readings provided by Meridians are for entertainment and informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to financial, medical, legal, or psychological advice. You should not make major life decisions based solely on the content of a reading. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of any reading.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autism Central LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory rule of the law of the country where you live, and the rights described in sections 4.6 and 5 apply to you regardless of it.
